The Recruitment Process
The comprehensive recruitment process includes advertising of vacancies both internally and externally, interviews, psychometric assessments and extensive consultation and engagement on potential appointments with the respective companies’ executive management teams. Successful applicants can expect to go through the following process:
- Application
- Screening and shortlisting
- Telephonic screening interview with HR
- Final interviews, psychometric assessments, reference and background checks
